I was completely blown away by this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful. When I booked it, it was the cheapest room I could find in the area on very short notice. When my taxi arrived, I thought I may have been delivered to the wrong hotel. I expected budget and found elegance. The lobby is luxurious and comfortable with coffee and a computer for guests to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lounge has a bar (and a "bar menu") pool tables and lots of friendly people. There is a salon onsite. There is a nice outdoor pool and a hot-tub. There is also an elevator, laundry facilities, soda/snack machines, no smoking or pets. Possibly the best value I ever experienced while traveling.
I liked everything about this hotel.

The tv was stuck on one channel, no hot water, just tepid, the lights over the bed wouldn't work and the tub didn't drain. Other than that, it was okay.

I was close enough to walk to my daughters' house. Easy access to main road Rt. 36.
The limited choice of foods at breakfast. The remodeling going on in the rooms being offered to us.

Strange smell in the corridors, no ice machine in the 3rd floor, very bad shower, no hot water, damaged WC cover in the room, breaffast offer very limited not meeting high international standards

I think this place could really pop... if some effort was made to update..cleaning painting, etc especially hallways. Loved the old paneling look... 70s feel... but needs lighting.
Hallways were dark. Elevators dank. Laundry room smelled. Rooms smelled like curry. Ventilation compromised.

Decent wifi. Walking distance to campus.
No cold water, no hot water, only warm water. Nobody at front desk for check-in, had to wait a while. Some light bulbs burnt out in room. Shower drained slowly.

I had a lovely time during my stay! The pancakes and eggs at breakfast were a good surprise—it felt like a real treat. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, which I loved. I was bummed though. the photos didn't show how dated the decor really was. I'd totally stay here again!

i liked that it was a cheap price. We stayed for a football game, so the location was nice for that as well. The staff was nice and accommodating all weekend. Even though the facility is pretty dated, I found the room to be cleaner than I was expecting.
Dated decorations. Looks like its from the 70s. And not in a good way.

The breakfast was warm with real oatmeal, real milk, and the staff were very very helpful.

Good location, within walking distance of Univ. of CO at Boulder. Large rooms, quiet, breakfast was fine. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel looks as if it had been built in the 1970s or 80s and not been renovated since. The bed was not very comfortable.

The hotel was older and a little run down but it was great value for the money and very conveniently located.

The hotel was pretty simple and basic, without any frills -- but clean and the staff was courteous.

Upscale hotel, liked our stay, it had healthy food and excellent location close to everything in town. The rooms were perfect and complete with a four poster bed, the bathroom. The breakfast was hot, the check in was early. There also was safe parking and heated pool...
